By creating an account or using the OnDigital SEO Audit Tool ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OnDigital provides automated SEO auditing tools, including technical analysis, performance monitoring, content analysis, and search engine optimization recommendations for websites you own or are authorized to audit.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
  • You may only audit websites you own or have explicit authorization to audit

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Audit websites without authorization from the website owner
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate others' rights
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal
  • Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by OnDigital. Audit reports generated for your websites are yours to use. You retain ownership of your website content and data.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
  • SEO recommendations are advisory; we do not guarantee search engine rankings
  • We are not responsible for changes to search engine algorithms or policies

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page, which will trigger data erasure as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
